Welcome to the homepage for our Classroom! My name is Tommy Young and I have been teaching at the Waitsfield School since 2000. Prior to joining the Waitsfield Staff, I taught two years in the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands (on the island of Saipan) and 1 year at Brookside Elementary School.
I am married to Angela Young and have two daughters named Julianne and Abigail. 
My classroom is based upon a cooperative approach, where the room is developed with all of the students needs in mind. From our classroom rules to the differentiation of instruction, each aspect is carefully crafted with your child's needs in mind. I hope you enjoy looking around my page and find the information useful.
